Jesus. I haven't been on this account in years. Took a long hiatus, working and building a life. Don't know if it matters to type this up, but hey, an update every now and then can't hurt.

Haven't been drawing much, though. I have a lurking account that I'd posted a couple things to. I've had more time on my hands in recent weeks, so I can try to start doing what I love to do again. Working retail sort of sucks the life out of you, and it takes time to recover. Gonna start going to a vocational college soon, hopefully for Environmental Science. Not much else to talk about - got an apartment, a car, a wonderful fiance, a cat, and a pair of bearded dragons. It's not the easiest life, but it's pretty darn good.

i am now an employed individual!
i got myself a job and now i can be a good Person and contribute to civilization like a Person should be doing.

it's still setting in for me. trying to actually register the fact that i have accomplished something as big as this...
but this is the first step to changing things for the better in my life.
first step to getting somewhere, and not staying in this impossible rut.

probably one of the more personal things i'd ever say in a journal nowadays.
in any case,
due to the fact that i now have a job,
i don't think i will be drawing as much..
i haven't forgotten things to draw though

maybe an update. i have a second interview for a job this thursday. let's see how i do.
hopefully i get this job. we could use the opportunity.
